You will play a critical role in maintaining a secure, safe, and positive environment for all employees, visitors, and clients. This position requires a dependable individual who can remain alert, enforce site protocols, and respond effectively to various situations. You'll be a visible presence on site, combining vigilance with excellent customer service to support Sodexo's commitment to operational excellence and safety.

Be professional, pleasant, friendly, courteous and helpful at all times whilst carrying out duties of he highest level.

Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, ensuring customers are consistently informed throughout the process.

Provide assistant to clients, contractors and visitors ensuring all site procedures and polices are adhered too.

To liaise closely with statutory authorities, dealing with incidents and providing information to support.

Continuous monitoring of site radio systems adhering to the correct procedures.

Maintaining site records such as reference materials, incident forms and site occurrence book.

To develop excellent working relationships with our on site client.

What You Will Bring:

Avalid SIA (Security Industry Authority) Licence- essential for this role.

A strong sense of responsibility and integrity, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner.

Good observational awareness and attention to detail.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative when needed.

Basic IT skills and confidence using security systems, radios, or reporting tools.
