Job Description As a Security Officer Hospital Emergency Response in Portsmouth, NH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Healthcare Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic medical location, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support patients, visitors, and staff with exceptional service and communication. You will respond to security-related concerns, assist with access control, and collaborate with onsite teams while demonstrating our agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven values.

AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
Minimum Requirements:
Have at least one year of security-related experience.
Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
Be able to work in a hospital morgue.
Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be able to restrain individuals, as needed.
Have at least two years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
