Job Overview We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Unarmed Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises. In this role, you will monitoring access points and maintaining a secure environment for staff, residents, and property. Responsibilities Monitor entrances and exits to authorize authorized personnel. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or breaches. Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes. Enforce safety protocols and company policies to promote a secure environment for all occupants. Skills Strong observational skills with the ability to identify unusual activity or security breaches quickly. Basic first aid and CPR certification to provide immediate assistance in emergencies. Understanding of law enforcement procedures and conflict management techniques. Experience or background in security, military service, law enforcement, or related fields is preferred. Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and visitors. Ability to remain calm under pressure while handling difficult situations professionally.
