Security Officer

Security Officer We are seeking responsible and vigilant Security Officers to ensure the safety and security of our premises during this upcoming. The ideal candidate will monitor and patrol assigned areas, assist with crowd control, and ensure a safe environment for staff and customers. This is a temporary position with flexible hours, perfect for individuals who enjoy working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises. Patrol the property on foot or by vehicle to deter suspicious activity. Respond quickly and effectively to any alarms or security incidents. Assist with crowd control during peak periods or special events. Conduct routine security checks and inspections of buildings, equipment, and facilities. Write detailed incident reports Enforce company policies and procedures related to security and safety. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services if necessary. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with visitors, staff, and customers. Provide a visible presence to deter unauthorized individuals and prevent security breaches. Greet and assist visitors, employees, and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor. Complete detailed incident reports and report any unusual incidents or suspicious activities. Handle conflicts or disturbances in a calm and professional manner Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain impeccable appearance/groomed in Narrow Security Uniform Weekends ONLY /

Double Shifts Qualifications:

MUST HAVE A VALID NJ SECURITY LICENSE

(SORA) High school diploma or equivalent. Valid be able to undergo a background check Proven experience as a Security Guard with a focus on customer service. Previous experience in security or law enforcement is a plus. Strong observational and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and reliable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Customer service training or experience is a definite plus. Must be able to stand for long periods and work in various weather conditions.
