As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will contribute to a professional environment through teamwork, integrity, and a caring, people-first approach while supporting operations involving sensitive information.

AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at an aerospace and defense billing operations location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, entrances, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, access concerns, and facility conditions. Monitor access points and verify authorization for employees, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities as required. Complete detailed reports, maintain accurate logs, and communicate observations and concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
Possess an active Department of Defense Secret clearance. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
