Security Site Supervisor

Security Supervisor in Newark, NJ Qualifications SORA required Flexible hours and availability on the weekend as needed Schedule Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Staff Management:

Supervise and schedule security guards on assigned shifts. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to security officers. Train new security guards on site procedures and policies. Address employee concerns and disciplinary issues.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure adherence to all security policies, procedures, and legal regulations. Maintain detailed security logs and incident reports. Communicate security concerns and updates to management/client Prepare and submit regular security reports to management.

Client Interaction:

Act as the primary point of contact for client security concerns. Collaborate with client representatives to address security needs. Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
