Job Description
Position Overview Oasis at the Crescent is seeking a reliable and professional Security Guard to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. This role is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, attentive, and takes pride in keeping others safe. Responsibilities Patrol interior and exterior areas of the facility Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies De-escalate situations in a professional manner Enforce visitor policies and facility procedures Monitor security systems (cameras, alarms) Document incidents and maintain accurate daily reports Assist residents, staff, and visitors as needed Support emergency procedures when required
