Armed Security Officer

Armed Security Officer - Plain Clothes / Business Casual Woodcliff Lake, NJ Integrity Security Services LLC is currently seeking a professional Armed Security Officer for an office building assignment in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey . This is a plain clothes / business casual security assignment requiring a discreet, alert, and highly professional presence. The primary purpose of this assignment is to help maintain a safe and secure workplace environment and to ensure that a former employee does not return to the location or gain access to the property . The ideal candidate must have prior law enforcement and/or military experience and possess the judgment, professionalism, and confidence needed to handle a sensitive corporate security assignment.

Responsibilities include:

Maintaining a visible but discreet security presence inside and/or around the office building Monitoring access points and observing all individuals entering or exiting the property Ensuring that unauthorized individuals, including the prior employee, do not enter the location Remaining alert for suspicious activity, unusual behavior, or potential security concerns Immediately reporting any incidents, concerns, or attempted contact to the appropriate supervisor/client contact Following all site-specific instructions, client protocols, and company policies Maintaining a calm, professional, and respectful demeanor at all times

Minimum Requirements:

Must have prior law enforcement and/or military experience Must be legally authorized to work as an armed security officer Must possess excellent judgment, communication skills, and situational awareness Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions Must be comfortable working in a corporate office environment Must be able to present a clean, professional, business casual appearance

Preferred Experience:

Prior corporate security experience Executive protection experience Threat management or workplace violence prevention experience Experience handling sensitive or high-discretion assignments

Dress Code:

Plain clothes / business casual No tactical uniforms unless otherwise directed This position is best suited for current or former law enforcement, military personnel, or highly experienced armed security professionals who understand the importance of discretion, professionalism, and maintaining control of a sensitive environment .
