Job Description
We are seeking reliable, professional, and highly motivated Security Officers to join our growing team. Officers will be responsible for protecting people, property, and assets while maintaining a visible security presence and providing exceptional customer service. Duties and Responsibilities Conduct foot and vehicle patrols of assigned properties. Monitor and report suspicious activities. Enforce client policies and security procedures. Complete detailed incident and activity reports. Control access to facilities and restricted areas. Respond to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies. Assist law enforcement, fire, and emergency personnel when required. Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times. Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors. Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old (21 for armed positions). Valid driver's license with clean driving record. High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to pass background screening. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods. Preferred Qualifications Current New Mexico Security Guard License. Armed Security License (for armed positions). Military, law enforcement, corrections, or security experience. CPR/First Aid Certification. Compensation and Benefits Competitive pay based on experience and licensing.
