Duties Conduct regular patrols of client's facility to check for unusual activity, safety hazards, or breaches in security protocols. Respond promptly to incidents, or emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed. Implement loss prevention strategies by observing for theft or vandalism and intervening appropriately. Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incident reports, visitor logs, and security checks to ensure accurate documentation. Assist with conflict management by de-escalating tense situations calmly and professionally. Requirements Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations tactfully. Background in military or security services is a plus, demonstrating discipline and situational awareness. Ability to stand, walk, or remain alert for extended periods while maintaining focus on surroundings. Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and visitors. Must be over 18 and have a valid driver's license.
