Duties Control access points by verifying identification and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies using conflict management skills Conduct patrols of the premises to identify potential hazards or security vulnerabilities Assist law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents as required Implement loss prevention strategies by observing for theft or vandalism and taking appropriate action Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incident reports, and security breaches for accountability and review Qualifications Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable Strong surveillance skills with experience operating CCTV systems (Closed-Circuit Television) Knowledge of conflict management techniques and emergency response procedures Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and decisively Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members, law enforcement, and the public Familiarity with security protocols, loss prevention methods, and basic law enforcement principles Join us in creating a safe environment where everyone can thrive!
