Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Ensure all investigations, reports, logs, and other Security functions are done properly by their staff Problem solving skills with diverse ways to diffuse difficult situations Assists Security Manager with planning, organizing, and coordinating all security policies to make sure they are current and implemented on a regular basis Identify security problems and assist with developing solutions in coordination with management Ensure adherence of GDW/Elko Security Policy including Nevada law and Division of Gaming Regulations Ensure security for all classified information held on company premises Ensure the safety of all patrons and employees Assists patrons as needed and provides customer service to internal and external guests

Skills, Education and Other Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Must be fluent in English; verbal and written Ability to work with little supervision Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid and AED certifications Must possess a valid Driver's License for past 5 years, current in Nevada Identification that establishes identity Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States Registered with Nevada Gaming Control Board
