PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and appropriate emergency response actions at a technology-focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, lobbies, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and guide visitors according to site policies while supporting a professional environment for daily business operations. Observe and report maintenance issues, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations, and assist with security-related requests in accordance with post orders and client guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
