reviews Apply with Indeed From $22 an hour - Full-time Narrow Security is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily security operations onsite. Your primary objective will be to ensure the efficient functioning of security personnel and systems while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. Responsibilities Supervise and manage a team of security officers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. Monitor the performance of security personnel and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with appropriate authorities and documenting all relevant information. Conduct thorough investigations into security breaches, accidents, or other incidents, and provide detailed reports to management. Work with Operations Managers to coach, counsel, discipline, train, and manage relationships with Security Personnel Responsible for performance growth, address daily operations issues, communicate policy changes or company information, and make post inspections to ensure professional image (including the hygiene and uniform appropriateness of officers) and quality standards are being maintained Post inspections also include checking that Post Order manual and all other post and training information is being properly maintained and updated, and that the post is being properly maintained, cleaned and organized. Qualifications Must possess a valid Nevada Security Guard License Minimum 2 - 3 years of management skills Minimum 2 - 4 years of professional-level experience required Minimum High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends when needed Energetic and focused personality with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines Excellent observational Skills Excellent reporting skills MUST be tech savvy
