In this role, you will lead field personnel, enforce safety protocols, and ensure the protection of people, property, and assets. You will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment through site inspections, team supervision, incident management, and collaboration with law enforcement when necessary. Key Responsibilities Monitor and verify security guard coverage, including shift attendance, punctuality, and on-site activity Conduct routine site inspections using a company vehicle and complete detailed inspection reports Supervise and support security personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Respond to incidents and manage conflict resolution using effective de-escalation techniques Identify security risks strategies to reduce theft, vandalism, and other threats Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services during incidents or investigations Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including incident reports, daily logs, and operational records Manage employee scheduling, timekeeping, and performance oversight Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in security operations, law enforcement, military, or a related field Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate teams Excellent conflict resolution and de-escalation skills Experience working with law enforcement or emergency response agencies Proficiency in basic computer skills, including report writing and mobile device usage Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in First Aid, CPR, or emergency response

Pay:

$17.50 - $19.00 per hour
