As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Role in Winnemucca, NV , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts according to post instructions. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials where required, and support visitor and vehicle processing in line with location policies and security-related protocols. Assist with reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations observed during patrols, and relay information to the appropriate site representatives and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
