PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, loading areas, and the surrounding perimeter. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following applicable protocols and notifying appropriate personnel or emergency services as needed. Monitor entrances, exits, and activity throughout the location to help deter theft, trespassing, and other unauthorized activity. Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activity in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess an armed guard card or license. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
