Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and emergency response actions when appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including production areas, warehouse spaces, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter points, as conditions vary by site. Monitor entry and exit activity for people, vehicles, and/or deliveries, helping to deter unauthorized access and reporting maintenance, operational, and/or security-related concerns. Support facility operations by following post orders, monitoring for potential hazards or policy violations, and communicating clearly with personnel during routine and emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid New York State Security Guard License is required. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
