Job Description

Position Summary:
The Unarmed Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and compliant environment at the dispensary by verifying customer identification, monitoring entry points, and providing professional customer service. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors and helps ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify customer identification and age requirements before entry. Ensure only authorized individuals enter the facility. Monitor entrances, exits, and surrounding areas for safety and security concerns. Maintain a professional and welcoming presence for customers and staff. Observe and report suspicious activity, disturbances, or policy violations. Assist with crowd control and customer flow during busy periods. Document incidents and prepare accurate reports when necessary. Communicate effectively with management and law enforcement when required. Enforce company policies and security procedures.
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
