In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining physical security, managing access control, checking ID's, and responding swiftly to emergencies. Your proactive approach will ensure the safety of the premises while delivering exceptional service to guests and clients alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your security expertise. Duties Monitor and control access points to verify authorized personnel, visitors, and vendors. Conduct routine patrols of the premises, including basic surveillance, to identify potential security breaches or safety hazards. Respond promptly to incidents by coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders. Handle physical security measures such as conflict de-escalation techniques to maintain order. Check ID's Requirements Proven experience in security role Security license Excellent conflict management skills with a focus on de-escalation techniques to handle challenging situations professionally. Familiarity with emergency response procedures and compliance with security regulations is essential. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly yet authoritative demeanor to interact positively with guests and staff.
