AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production, warehouse, and distribution location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility interiors, parking areas, loading docks, trailers, entry points, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, contractors, and delivery drivers in accordance with site requirements. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management. Maintain accurate daily activity reports, visitor records, and incident documentation while communicating professionally with onsite personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card/license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
