Job Description

  • Job Summary:
  • We are looking for a vigilant Security Watchman to join our team. The Security Watchman will be responsible for monitoring premises, inspecting buildings and access points, and ensuring the safety of our facilities.
  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a security guard or watchman Ability to operate surveillance systems and equipment Strong attention to detail Excellent observational and communication skills
  • Responsibilities:
  • Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property Protect company's assets relative to theft, fire, and other safety concerns Investigate alarms or disturbances and take appropriate actions Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences LDV is a boutique hospitality group that creates authentic and unique restaurant and cocktail bar experiences across the country, both independently and for iconic hotels, inspired by La Dolce Vita, "The Good Life.
