Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Security Officer to support our client in Manhattan. If you possess excellent customer service skills and a commitment to ensuring safety and security, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of employees, clients, patrons, and property. Conduct regular inspections and patrols of the premises. Assist with reception duties and badging. Monitor front desk operations to verify visitors. Identify and report any suspicious behavior promptly. Maintain security equipment and access control systems. Prepare accurate and timely daily incident reports.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on professionalism. Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively. Proficiency in using security technology and tools. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Leadership skills with the capacity to take initiative. 1-5 years of security officer experience preferred. Valid New York State Security License and CPR certification required. High School Diploma required.
