Job Description

Securitas is hiring Security Officers for assignments at Yankee Stadium. In this high-profile venue, you will patrol assigned areas, screen guests, monitor entry points, respond to incidents, and enforce stadium rules to protect people, property, and assets. Officers provide visible deterrence, assist guests with directions and information, and document events and safety concerns. You'll receive structured training in security procedures, emergency response, access control, and conflict de-escalation, with opportunities to gain certifications and advance into lead and supervisory roles within Securitas' nationwide security team. Responsibilities Patrol assigned areas in and around Yankee Stadium to deter and detect security or safety issues Screen guests, check bags, and monitor entry points in accordance with stadium procedures Enforce venue policies, access control rules, and crowd management guidelines Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, and medical or safety emergencies Operate radios, surveillance, and security systems as directed Complete clear, accurate incident and activity reports Provide courteous customer service, directions, and assistance to guests and staff Collaborate with stadium and Securitas teams to maintain a safe event environment Required Skills Access control and badge/credential verification Patrol techniques and observation skills Incident reporting and documentation Crowd management and de-escalation Use of radios and basic security technology/CCTV monitoring Emergency response and basic first aid awareness Customer service and conflict resolution Knowledge of safety and venue rules Basic computer and report-writing skills Situational awareness and risk recognition
