In this role, you will be the first line of defense, monitoring premises through CCTV surveillance, performing thorough inspections, and maintaining a secure environment. Your proactive approach and keen eye for detail will help prevent loss, manage conflicts effectively, and uphold the highest standards of safety. Responsibilities Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to detect suspicious activity and ensure premises are secure at all times Conduct thorough background checks on visitors, contractors, and vendors to verify identity and authorization Perform regular patrols of the facility's interior and exterior areas to identify potential security risks or hazards Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies by applying conflict management techniques and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary Assist with loss prevention efforts by observing and deterring theft or vandalism activities Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting when required for equipment or supplies, always prioritizing safety protocols Operate security equipment including Taser devices, AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators), and CPR techniques during emergencies to provide immediate assistance Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incident reports, and shift records to ensure accurate documentation of security operations Requirements Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV), conflict management strategies, and loss prevention techniques Ability to perform first aid procedures including

CPR, AED

operation, and basic medical response skills Physical capability for manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking during patrols Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and performing background checks on individuals entering secured areas Strong observational skills with attention to detail for visual inspections and CCTV monitoring Excellent communication skills for effective conflict resolution and reporting incidents clearly and accurately Join us in creating a safe environment where everyone can thrive!
