Security Guard

Job Overview We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Security Guard for every Friday and Saturday from 9pm-2am to uphold safety and security. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for monitoring the property, preventing unauthorized access, and ensuring a secure environment for staff, visitors, and assets. Your keen eye and quick response will be vital in maintaining a safe atmosphere and deterring potential threats. Responsibilities Patrol designated areas regularly to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards Control access points by verifying identification and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed Enforce safety policies and conduct conflict management to de-escalate tense situations effectively Skills Ability to manage conflicts calmly and professionally under pressure Experience or training in law enforcement practices or military discipline is a plus Certified in first aid and CPR to provide immediate assistance during emergencies is a plus Excellent observation skills with an eye for detail during visual inspections and fence checks Effective communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and collaborating with emergency responders Join us in creating a safe environment where everyone can thrive!
