$15.00 per hour We are seeking a dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Part-Time Unarmed Security Officer to provide overnight security at a busy manufacturing facility. This position is ideal for someone who is committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment while working independently. Key Responsibilities Monitor and patrol the facility to ensure the safety and security of the property. Conduct routine inspections of doors, gates, windows, and other access points. Observe, document, and report suspicious activity or security incidents. Enforce company security policies and procedures. Provide professional customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors. Respond appropriately to emergencies and security concerns. Complete accurate incident reports, activity logs, and other required documentation. Minimum Qualifications Applicants must be able to: Obtain an Ohio Guard Card (training available). Obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) Card . Pass a criminal background check , drug screen , pre-employment physical , and motor vehicle record (MVR) review . Possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. Provide reliable transportation to and from the work site. Demonstrate strong communication, observation, and report-writing skills. Work independently while remaining alert throughout overnight shifts. Preferred Qualifications Previous security experience is preferred but not required. Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus. Schedule Part-time overnight shifts Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as scheduled. Employees are expected to work holidays when they fall on their regular scheduled shift.
