3rd shift front desk

Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to provide front desk support during the 3rd shift at a non-profit agency in Cincinnati, Ohio. This Contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of a vital community resource while ensuring a welcoming and secure environment for residents, clients, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents, clients, staff, and visitors in a friendly and detail-oriented manner.
• Guide visitors to the appropriate location or notify staff of their arrival.
• Supervise visitor entry and exit to maintain security and report any concerns to the program facilitator.
• Monitor the electronic security system to ensure safety and security.
• Collaborate with emergency services such as fire and police departments when necessary.
• Support emergency procedures, including evacuations and fire drills.
• Perform assigned clerical tasks to support front desk operations.
• Respond to inquiries regarding residency in accordance with established guidelines. Requirements
• Previous experience in receptionist or front desk roles.
• Familiarity with healthcare administration or similar environments.
• All candidates required to undergo screening as part of the hiring process.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with monitoring security systems and addressing safety concerns.
• Capability to manage emergency situations calmly and effectively.
• Basic proficiency in clerical and administrative tasks.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts consistently.
