AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and sharing information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report policy violations, maintenance issues, or suspicious behavior according to site procedures. Support order at the location by observing daily operations, assisting with traffic and/or pedestrian flow, and preparing accurate incident, patrol, and activity reports.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
