Unarmed Security Guard Pay is 16.00hr. (Shift Saturday and Sunday 8am-10pm)

Job Summary We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. Responsibilities Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems to prevent and detect signs of intrusion. Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, assessing the situation and taking appropriate action. Enforce rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment for all individuals on-site. Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, equipment, and access points to identify potential security risks. Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary. Provide first aid or CPR assistance as needed in emergency situations. Engage in conflict management to de-escalate potentially volatile situations. Skills Proficiency in first aid and CPR; certification is preferred. Experience in loss prevention techniques and strategies. Familiarity with surveillance systems including CCTV operation. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with diverse individuals.
