Monday-Thursday | 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM | 32 hours per week Monday-Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM | 40 hours per week

Pay:

$14.86 per hour Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and professional Unarmed Security Officer to join our team at a healthcare facility in Marietta, OH. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff through routine patrols, monitoring activities, and responding to security-related incidents. Responsibilities Conduct routine patrols of the facility and surrounding property. Monitor security cameras, alarms, and access points. Observe and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, and security incidents. Respond appropriately to emergencies and security-related situations. Complete daily activity logs and incident reports. Enforce facility policies and procedures. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with patients, visitors, and staff. Assist with access control and visitor management as required. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to obtain and maintain an Ohio Guard Card. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening. Physical exam clearance required. Strong communication and observation skills. Ability to remain professional and composed in stressful situations. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Preferred Qualifications Previous security, healthcare security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred but not required. Experience working with radios, CCTV systems, or alarm monitoring equipment is a plus.
