Duties Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area using Requirements Proven experience or training in law enforcement, security operations, or military service is highly desirable. Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; the ability to respond swiftly during medical emergencies is essential. Familiarity with surveillance technology, such as CCTV systems, and experience in de-escalation strategies. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations tactfully. Ability to remain alert during long shifts while maintaining focus on surroundings.
