Job Overview We are seeking a vigilant and proactive

ARMED SECURITY GUARD

to safeguard our premises, personnel, and assets. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through vigilant surveillance, conflict management, and rapid response to incidents. Your presence will serve as a deterrent to potential threats while ensuring compliance with safety protocols. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your security expertise in a fast-paced setting, contributing directly to the safety and well-being of everyone on-site. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of visitors, employees, and contractors to ensure security protocols are followed Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies, including conflicts or suspicious activities Utilize conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations calmly and professionally Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches for reporting purposes Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies as needed Perform routine surveillance checks using CCTV and other security technology to identify potential threats or vulnerabilities Requirements Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields with a focus on armed security operations Strong knowledge of loss prevention techniques and conflict management strategies Ability to remain calm under pressure while responding swiftly to emergencies or conflicts Excellent observational skills with attention to detail for surveillance and incident detection Physical fitness to stand, walk, and respond actively throughout shifts that may extend over long periods Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing armed security practices in the applicable jurisdiction Join us if you're passionate about creating safe environments through active vigilance, strategic conflict resolution, and comprehensive security measures.
