Full-Time / Part-Time Job Responsibilities Maintain a professional security presence at the assigned location. Protect people, property, and company assets. Monitor the property for suspicious activity, safety concerns, or security violations. Conduct patrols and security checks as required. Control access to the assigned property when necessary. Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and disturbances. Write clear and accurate incident reports and daily activity reports. Follow all company policies, post orders, and client requirements. Communicate professionally with clients, employees, visitors, and the public. Maintain a high level of alertness and professionalism while on duty. Qualifications Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields with a focus on physical security and surveillance. Knowledge of incident report writing, conflict management, and performing background checks. Familiarity with access control systems and emergency response procedures. Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely while maintaining alertness during long shifts. Strong communication skills with the ability to de-escalate conflicts effectively.
