This role requires disciplined personnel who can operate with discretion, situational control, and sound judgment while reporting directly to on-site management, assigned command staff, and Tri-Star Solutions Security Professional Leads. Core Responsibilities Provide close protection, protective presence, and operational support for executives, clients, staff, and designated assets during assignments. Conduct advance planning, threat recognition, route review, venue assessment, and vulnerability identification prior to and during operations. Maintain a professional security posture during executive movements, client engagements, corporate functions, and event operations. Observe, detect, and immediately report suspicious behavior, operational deficiencies, safety concerns, and emerging threats through the established chain of command. Support incident response, emergency movement, de-escalation, and protective repositioning as directed by management or Tri-Star Solutions Security Professional Leads. Complete accurate documentation including incident reports, activity logs, shift notes, and operational observations in accordance with company standards. Operate and maintain communications equipment, protective gear, assigned vehicles, and other mission-essential tools in a constant state of readiness. Reporting Structure This position operates under a strict professional command structure and is expected to function with full respect for operational leadership and assignment control. Personnel in this role report to on-site management, designated client-facing supervisors when applicable, and Tri-Star Solutions Security Professional Leads for direction, escalation, accountability, and mission execution. Qualifications Prior experience in executive protection, private security, event security, corporate security, military, law enforcement, or comparable high-responsibility environments is strongly preferred. Strong situational awareness, discretion, communication discipline, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential to the role. Ability to work long hours, changing schedules, nights, weekends, travel assignments, and high-visibility environments is expected. Defensive mindset, professional appearance, report-writing ability, and willingness to follow mission direction without deviation are required. Applicable licensing, permits, certifications, and lawful work authorization must be maintained as required by assignment and jurisdiction.
