Pay Rate:

$17/hr-$17.50/hr Duties Monitor security cameras (CCTV) and surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity or security breaches. Conduct regular patrols of the facility, including building interiors, exterior perimeters, and parking areas to ensure physical security. Control access using advanced systems such as electronic access control and perform background checks on visitors or contractors as needed. Respond promptly to emergencies by following established procedures, including fire safety protocols, first aid, CPR, AED operation, and emergency evacuation procedures. Write detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or other noteworthy events with clarity and accuracy. Manage conflict de-escalation techniques and conflict management strategies to handle difficult situations professionally. Perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting when necessary for security equipment or incident management. Requirements Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service or related fields preferred. Knowledge of surveillance technology including CCTV systems and access control systems. Certifications in first aid, CPR, AED operation, Taser use, firearm handling (if applicable), and conflict de-escalation are highly desirable. Ability to perform background checks and conduct thorough security screenings in compliance with regulations. Strong physical fitness with the ability to stand, walk, run, or lift heavy objects as required during patrols or incident response. Excellent communication skills for incident report writing and customer service interactions. Familiarity with emergency response procedures and compliance with security regulations is essential.
