Part-Time Security Officer Position:
Unarmed Security Officer Location:
Carmichaels, PA Schedule:
Tuesday & Wednesday | 7:00am to 4:00pm
Pay Rate:
$17.00 per hour
Requirements:
Must pass all background Clearances, PATCH, fingerprinting, drug test, and medical marijuana training course. Security Officer Essential Functions & Responsibilities Provide security services in accordance with post orders, company policies, and supervisor direction. Conduct foot, vehicle, golf cart, or bicycle patrols as assigned. Monitor for security risks, safety hazards, and emergencies, and respond appropriately. Perform site-specific duties such as customer service, visitor reception, loss prevention, retail security, loading dock security, or other assigned security functions. Complete accurate and timely incident reports, documenting unusual activity and actions taken. Follow emergency response procedures and notify appropriate personnel when incidents occur. Maintain compliance with company policies, attendance, appearance, and customer service standards. Participate in all required orientation, training, and site-specific programs. Support supervisors and clients with additional security or customer service duties as needed. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 3-5 years of professional experience preferred; security, law enforcement, military, or customer service experience is highly desirable. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear incident reports. Excellent customer service, conflict resolution, and de-escalation skills. Ability to exercise sound judgment, multitask, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation to and from work. Valid driver's license and clean driving record may be required for positions involving vehicle, golf cart, or bicycle patrols. Employment Requirements Successful completion of applicable criminal, credit, motor vehicle, and/or drug and alcohol screenings as required by the company or client.
