Job Responsibilities Operate metal detection equipment at facility entry points Screen visitors and inspect bags as required Monitor patients and assist with maintaining a safe environment Observe and report unusual or suspicious activity Assist hospital staff as needed Perform patient watch assignments when required Utilize de-escalation and redirection techniques (training provided) Complete other assigned security-related duties Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Must have reliable transportation to and from assigned work locations Must be able to pass a criminal background check Professional appearance and demeanor required Must be able to wear the company-issued uniform and maintain grooming standards Strong communication and observation skills Security, healthcare, or customer service experience is helpful but not required What We Offer Immediate openings Flexible part-time schedules Multiple shifts available Paid on-the-job training Opportunity to gain experience in healthcare security Bi-weekly pay via direct deposit Additional Information All new hires must successfully complete a background check prior to employment.
