Job Description
BEST Crowd Management seeks an Event Security Supervisor to lead security teams at stadiums, arenas, and large events. You will oversee crowd management, access control, and incident response, ensuring a safe, positive guest experience. Responsibilities include briefing and deploying staff, monitoring event activity, enforcing venue policies, documenting incidents, and coordinating with venue management and public safety. You'll coach and support team members, model professional conduct, and follow established procedures while helping maintain BEST's reputation for safety, service, and reliability.
