Our primary goal is to provide a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all mall tenants, employees and patrons.

Key Responsibilities Active Patrols:

Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols of mall property to maintain order, deter unlawful activity, and establish a reassuring presence

Access Control:

Monitor and authorize entry to designated locations and restriced areas

Surveillance:

Periodically monitor surveillance cameras to identify potential disruptions, safety hazards, or unlawful acts

Documentation:

Accurately log incidents and submit clear, detailed reports of daily activities and important occurrences

Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Proficiency:

strong basic computer skills, including experience utilizing Microsoft Word and handling PDF files

Reporting:

Familiarity with professional report writing and accurate documentation

Observation:

Excellent surveillance, observation and situational awareness skills

Professionalism:

Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with the public, tennants, and local law enforcement Pre-employment requirements Must be able to pass background check Must be able to successfully pass a drug screening Clean Drivers License Have or be able to obtain your
