Key Responsibilities:
Provide a visible security presence to deter and respond to incidents Monitor entrances, exits, and general activity Control access points and verify credentials Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies Complete detailed incident reports Maintain a safe and secure environment Deliver professional customer service while enforcing policies
Qualifications:
Strong observation and communication skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Availability for various shifts, including nights/weekends Reliable transportation Ability to stand or walk for extended periods Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience (preferred, not required) Armed roles require proper certification/licensing Valid PA guard card (or willingness to obtain)
