Job Description

LPS Services | Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Minimum base rates: $14-$16 per hour, depending on position | Paid training LPS Services is hiring dependable employees to support active oil and gas operations. No previous security, traffic-control or oilfield experience is required—paid training is provided. Pay and benefits Overtime is built into every schedule. Each standard two-week rotation includes 84 scheduled hours, with eight hours paid at time-and-a-half. The rates below are minimum base rates. Higher starting wages may be offered based on relevant experience and qualifications.
Mobile Security Patrol Officer:
Minimum base rate of $16 per hour; company vehicle and fuel card provided for work assignments. There's always room to grow at LPS. As you build your skills and experience, you can advance into higher-level positions with increased pay and greater responsibility.
LPS offers:

Pay increases are not automatic, and not every review results in an increase. Minimum age:
21 Company vehicle and fuel card provided Travel between oil and gas locations to inspect equipment and work sites, document findings and report concerns. Pick up your company vehicle and equipment at our Houston office. Drive to assigned locations. Inspect equipment and work sites. Collect information and complete electronic records using an iPad. Identify and mark issues using approved materials. Report findings to management. Return the vehicle and equipment to the office at the end of your shift. LPS provides the vehicle and fuel for work assignments. You'll need reliable transportation to and from the Houston office. Schedule and estimated earnings Week 1: Three 12-hour shifts—36 hours. Week 2: Four 12-hour shifts—48 hours.
Two-week total:
84 scheduled hours, including eight overtime hours. Estimated gross pay at the minimum base rate: $1,408 every two weeks, calculated as 76 regular hours at $16 plus eight overtime hours at $24.
Nights:
6 p.m.-6 a.m. All earnings estimates use the minimum base rates, are before applicable taxes and deductions, and assume completion of the scheduled rotation. Actual earnings depend on your pay rate and hours worked. Additional overtime may be available based on operational needs.
Minimum qualifications Applicants must:
Be at least 18 years old for Security Officer, Traffic Controller and Staging Attendant positions, or 21 for Pilot Driver and Mobile Security Patrol Officer positions. Possess a valid driver's license. Have a reliable personal vehicle with current registration and insurance. Own a working smartphone. Be comfortable using iPads, laptops and communication applications. Communicate clearly and professionally. Demonstrate dependable attendance, organizational skills and attention to detail. Remain alert throughout a 12-hour shift. Be able to work independently and outdoors in varying weather when required. Work the schedule associated with the assigned position. Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and comply with applicable company drug-testing requirements. Follow company, client and site safety procedures.
