Pay:
$19.00 Per Hour We are currently hiring an ACT 235 Certified Armed Security Field Supervisor for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. This is a driving position that requires prior Security Supervisor experience, a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass an MVR check.
Responsibilities:
Conduct site inspections and security checks at assigned locations Serve as the primary liaison between clients and company management Supervise, support, and train security officers in the field Respond to incidents, operational issues, and emergencies Assist with staffing coverage, scheduling, and call-offs Complete incident reports, site audits, and daily documentation Ensure officers comply with company policies and client expectations
Requirements:
Current ACT 235 Certification Previous Security Supervisor experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass criminal background and MVR checks Must possess and maintain a Level II retention holster and duty belt Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field PA #188 Education Requirements (All) HS Diploma GED or H.S. Equivalent Certification Requirements (All) Driver's License This is a Part-Time position 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, 1st, 2nd, 3rd Shifts Available | Part-Time | 20 hours. Relocation is not required and travel is required for day trips only
