Job Description
Help Keep Lake Adventure Safe, Welcoming, and Enjoyable Lake Adventure Community Association is looking for Community Safety Officers to help create a safe and positive experience for residents, guests, and visitors throughout our private campground community. This role is a mix of security, customer service, and community support. You'll spend your time patrolling the property, assisting residents and guests, monitoring community areas, and responding to concerns when they arise. If you enjoy being outdoors, interacting with people, and taking pride in helping a community run smoothly, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Patrol the campground and community grounds by vehicle and on foot Monitor entrances, recreational areas, pools, beaches, and common spaces Assist residents and guests with questions, directions, and general support Respond to incidents, complaints, emergencies, and safety concerns Complete reports, logs, and incident documentation accurately Observe and report maintenance, safety, and rule violations Issue warnings or citations when necessary Work closely with management, emergency responders, and local authorities when needed Maintain a professional, friendly, and visible presence throughout the community What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Sound judgment and attention to detail Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to walk, stand, drive, and patrol throughout the property Security, law enforcement, campground, hospitality, military, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required Why You'll Love Working Here Lake Adventure is a unique private campground community located in the beautiful Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania.
