Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking professional and experienced Armed and Unarmed Security Guards to join our team. This position requires highly dependable individuals with strong situational awareness, sound judgment, and a professional presence. Guards are expected to maintain a safe and secure environment while representing our organization with professionalism and integrity. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Maintain a secure presence at assigned location Deter criminal activity and enforce property policies Conduct routine patrols of premises Respond promptly and effectively to incidents or emergencies Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports Coordinate with management and local authorities when necessary Requirements Current ACT 235 Certification not required but recommended, will train if necessary Prior security experience recommended but not required Reliable transportation Strong communication and report-writing skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to stand and/or patrol for extended periods Willing to work shifts
