Job Description

Part-time:
Every other weekend, 16 hours — 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Includes rotating holidays A high school diploma or equivalent. Valid PA Driver's License & a minimum of 2 years driving experience required. Previous experience in security preferred. Is the first contact for visitors, vendors, volunteers, and contractors etc. when they enter campus. Remains at post throughout scheduled shift. Professionally and accurately ensures completion of the sign-in process for those entering the building. Follows Tandem Living's written policies and procedures. Provides visitors with directions to the proper location within the community. Identifies, reports, and responds to concerns or issues with breaches in security, fire safety, resident wellbeing, etc. Completes motorized and/or walking patrols regularly throughout the assigned shift. Monitors and ensures the safety and security of residents, staff, and property.
