Full Job Description Compensation:

$25.00 hourly Responsibilities Delivering high end customer service Responding to emergencies Deterring and preventing crime Performing ingress/ egress control procedures Investigating incidents Completing daily logs and incident reports Conducting regular walking or vehicle patrols Building and Maintaining a professional rapport with clients, guests and co-workers De-escalating conflicts Monitoring CCTV cameras Performing other related duties as assigned High school Diploma or GED equivalent Two years of face to face customer service experience Possess at least one of the following experience / education criteria: 1.) Four years of armed security experience 2.) Three years of military experience 3.) Successful completion of a state or federal certified law enforcement training academy Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Office, etc.) Excellent written and oral communication skills Proficient time management skills Reliable transportation Excellent de-escalation skills Proficient firearms skills Extensive use of force knowledge Proactive problem solving skills Must be able to obtain state required armed security officer license Ability to obtain OCAT, PATH, and PPBT certifications Must be able to pass a comprehensive background investigation, urinalysis screening and OPS training requirements These are physical and mental requirements of the position as it is typically performed.
