Quickly respond to emergency situations based on available information and training, make appropriate notifications, follow emergency response procedures. Patrol the perimeter, exterior and interior of the property to ensure the safety of all personnel and protection of the property. Complete written reports as required. Identify threats to employees, facilities, and operations. Complete assigned training according to Club policies and procedures. Complete continuous armed security training and maintain appropriate firearm licenses/certifications. The Security Department is a 24/7 resource, which provides assistance and services to all employees and guests. Qualifications Associates Equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred 4-6 years Armed security work experience in a professional setting. Preferred Familiarity with Security policies and procedures. Experience performing technical procedures and completing reports. Ability to work calmly and effectively while under duress. Exercise sound judgment regarding the use of weapon. Dedicated to providing quality service. Ability to quickly assess and respond to emergency situations while maintaining composure and professionalism. Ability to follow detailed, step by step, procedures. Understand operational priorities, take initiative, and exercise sound independent judgment. Capable of working independently without extensive direction or oversight. Use technology to process information, improve security and communications. Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task.
