Hour Valid Driver's License:

Candidates must possess a valid driver's license in accordance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123). Additionally, candidates must hold a valid driver's license that complies with the regulations of the job state (C124).

Access Control/Badge Experience:

Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management (B201).

Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet:

Candidates must demonstrate proficiency and comfort in using computers or tablets for job-related tasks (B204).

Customer Service Experience:

Candidates are required to have relevant customer service experience (B219) that showcases their ability to interact effectively with clients and customers.

PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or associates by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor access points for a retail distribution location, verify credentials and/or visitor documentation, and maintain accurate entry and exit records. Control access for delivery vehicles, vendors, contractors, and/or authorized personnel in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site contacts and emergency responders as directed. Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, loading zones, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
