Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated full time Armed Security Site Supervisor for a small community. to join our team. Open shifts are Sat thru Wednesday 0800-1600. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel in a gated community.Duties:
- Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect potential security risks
- Monitor surveillance equipment and alarms
- Enforce site-specific security protocols
- Respond to emergencies and alarms promptly
- Conduct thorough investigations of security incidents
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:- Certification in armed security with a PA PSP Act 235 License
- 21 years of age or older due to contractual requirements
- Proficiency in conflict management techniques
- Experience in surveillance operations
- Knowledge of law enforcement procedures
